Job Summary:The Graphic Designer designs digital and print assets for multiple brands within the ULAC portfolio. As well as being an integral and well-respected part of the team, he or she needs to be extremely organized, highly motivated, be able to manage company processes, and be passionate about moving the company forward
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):
- Create digital assets such as web banners, emails, info graphics, social media graphics and additional marketing assets needed to support multiple brands.
- Create simple animations and motion graphics for web, email and social media.
- Contribute to the evolution of the site design, functionality, and customer experience.
- Ensure the email designs work for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo or other email cadence software.
- Design marketing materials for print, such as ads, packaging, event collaterals, brochures, visual display, etc.
- Generate and manipulate graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Display an expert understanding of layout, typography and color theory.
- Skillfully incorporate direction from art director into finished design work.
- Support the Marketing team on all kinds of artwork creation, adaption and resizing, product visuals for branding, and promotional use, where necessary.
- Ensure creatives are error-free, and all marketing collaterals are consistent and according to brand guidelines.
- Make certain that creative output adheres to brand style guides and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with art director and project managers to produce final designs in a timely manner.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current design, fashion and cultural trends to ensure visuals are relevant and forward thinking.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors in a related field and 3-5 year of work-related experience in Apparel Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to develop graphic designs consistent of the brand look and feel.
- Keep up and understand market trends to develop branding and graphics.
- Extensive graphic design software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc).
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload seamlessly and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team under critical time frames.
- Self-driven and experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department.

Salary: $70,000- $85,000
