The Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Inventory Planner to join our planning team. You’ll help us plan, buy, and manage stock across multiple brands and markets, working closely with sales, logistics, production, and our teams in the US.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in planning or merchandising who’s ready to grow. You’ll get exposure to a fast-moving business, take real ownership, and help shape how our planning function operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

📊 Sales & Inventory Analysis

  • Keep a close eye on daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock performance

  • Spot trends, identify bestsellers and slow movers, and flag risks early

  • Dive into product performance and sell-through rates to support smart decisions

  • Prepare easy-to-read reports and dashboards to keep teams in the loop

📅 Forecasting & Planning

  • Support sales and inventory forecasting across multiple brands

  • Help plan seasonal and in-season buys, markdowns, and stock optimization

  • Track stock budgets and ensure we’re aligned with sales targets and timelines

  • Identify potential bottlenecks and opportunities in production or inventory

📦 Inventory Management

  • Manage seasonal buys and core replenishment programs

  • Consolidate orders, monitor MOQs, and help decide when to adjust

  • Keep stock levels healthy and take action on aging or excess inventory

🤝 Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, logistics, production, and supply chain teams

  • Coordinate shipment planning and track delivery timelines (ETAs)

  • Share updates on product availability, order status, and key changes

  • Be a connector across departments , sales, buying, finance, ops — to keep everything running smoothly

💬 Communication & Ownership

  • Be the go-to person for planning questions , and don’t be shy to speak up

  • Join daily check-ins and confidently step in when your manager is out

  • Help shape how our planning function evolves, your voice matters here


What We’re Looking For

✅ A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales planning, inventory planning, or demand forecasting
✅ Bonus points if you’ve worked in fashion, retail, or B2B -- but not a must
✅ Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills (you’re comfortable with formulas and pivot tables)
✅ Experience with tools like Power BI or ERP systems (Exenta is a plus!)
✅ Fluent in English; Dutch is a nice-to-have
✅ Detail-oriented and organized -- you spot the small things that others miss
✅ Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
✅ A strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders
✅ Excited to be in a fast-paced, international environment where no day is the same
