We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team and ensure smooth sales and operational activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Coordination:
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics), ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Oversee key operational tasks for seasonal sales campaigns, making sure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate with global warehouses and fulfillment centers to ensure smooth order management and timely delivery.
Sales Support & Communication:
  • Proactively support the sales team with clear communication and timely updates on product and sales processes.
  • Organize and troubleshoot sales materials and processes, ensuring accuracy throughout order placement, delivery, and sell-through.
  • Handle end-to-end order management, processing purchase orders with precision and efficiency.
Data & Performance Management:
  • Collect, analyze, and present performance data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Maintain stock and Available-to-Sell (ATS) sheets, working closely with the EU inventory planning team to optimize inventory.
  • Onboard new customer accounts into systems such as Exenta and NuOrder, ensuring a seamless experience.
Showroom & Sample Management:
  • Manage showroom displays and customer sample requirements, ensuring a professional and organized presentation.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Collaborate with warehouse and third-party logistics teams to resolve challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key customers, providing updates on stock and sample availability.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales operations and efficiency, working with the Sales Operations Manager (EU).
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize operations and support business growth.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
  • Partner with IT, marketing, logistics, and sales teams to optimize global systems and processes.
  • Assist the Sales Director and team in meeting operational goals and achieving business success.

What You Bring:
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a sales operations or related role, with a focus on operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; experience with Exenta or NuOrder is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and presentation abilities to support business decision-making.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability: A results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
