Job Title
VENDOR ITEM SUPPORT COORDINATOR

   Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):

  • Enter all product/item setup accurately in vendor specific portals and maintain and update all product dimension forms and related documents
  • Provide support in managing and adhering to vendor portal guidelines for inputting product data/item setup which includes but is not limited to the following:                                                       Vendor                                                                Portal Guidelines

  •  Kohls-K-Link                                                    Product set up & imagery upload
  •  Nordstrom Account                                         specific item setup form
  •  Macy’s Account                                               specific item setup form
  •  HEB                                                                 Portal assistance
  •  Fred Meyer                                                      Ecommerce descriptions and key product features in excel form
  •  Fred Meyer/Kroger                                          1worldsync portal
  • Walmart Account                                               Specific item setup form/ Walmart 360 portal
  • Communicate with production team on required product information.
  • Responsible for completing buy plans with required UPC’s
  • Attend line assortments & cut and sold meetings on an as needed basis (NYO required).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • College degree or 1 year work experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel.) and system related functions.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and a complex workload seamlessly with keen attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment under critical time frames.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.
