This Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming shipments from global manufacturers, coordinating with internal teams and international offices, and optimizing the transport and customs process across our warehouses in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.

What You'll be Doing

🚚 Shipment Coordination & Planning

  • Oversee and consolidate incoming shipments from suppliers to our warehouses in NL, UK, and HKG

  • Plan transport routes to reduce cost and meet delivery deadlines

  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure smooth supply chain operations

📞 Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers, carriers, customs agents, and internal offices (US, Italy, Hong Kong)

  • Provide shipment status updates and proactively resolve issues as they arise

  • Keep internal teams aligned on shipment timing and potential delays

🖥️ System & Documentation Management

  • Use Exenta (or similar ERP) to manage logistics documentation and maintain shipment accuracy

  • Track and update logistics data across all relevant systems

📦 Supply Chain Optimization

  • Identify improvement opportunities within inbound logistics

  • Support cost-efficiency through smart shipment consolidation and workflow enhancements

📝 Compliance & Sample Management

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing import/export documentation for customs compliance

  • Coordinate timely arrival and documentation of new collection samples

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with our US, Italy, and Hong Kong offices to ensure consistency across global logistics

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with focus on inbound operations

  • Proficiency in Exenta or a comparable ERP system

  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs documentation

  • Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working

  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and communicative under pressure

  • A team mindset and strong collaboration skills
