About the Role
United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Consignment & Fulfillment Specialist to manage operational processes for consignment accounts across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. In this role, you will ensure the accurate allocation and fulfillment of inventory through our ERP system, Exenta, and collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and sales support to deliver outstanding service to our consignment partners.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working alongside a fellow Fulfillment team member, this role plays a vital part in driving efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in operations and reporting—including contributions to the NSR report. Key Responsibilities
Consignment Operations Management
- Manage consignment inventory for five key accounts, ensuring timely stock replenishment and accuracy.
- Produce consignment invoices and credit notes with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to ensure alignment on stock needs and sales strategies.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels in Exenta, responding to fluctuations in customer demand to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Address operational issues related to consignment accounts, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Allocation & Fulfillment Operations
- Execute daily allocation processes in Exenta, prioritizing inventory distribution based on customer demand and business objectives.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders, coordinating with supply chain and sales support teams.
- Analyze allocation and fulfillment data to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the Fulfillment team to manage peak periods and execute high-volume orders seamlessly.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of consignment stock, allocation activities, and fulfillment statuses within Exenta.
- Contribute to the NSR report, offering insights on fulfillment performance, consignment turnover, and allocation trends.
- Generate actionable insights from data, supporting team decision-making and highlighting areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with Sales Support teams to ensure operational workflows align with partner needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve fulfillment challenges.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager and a fellow Fulfillment team member to enhance operational processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years’ experience in consignment operations, inventory allocation, or fulfillment—ideally in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in Exenta being highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands that does not require company sponsorship.
- Must reside in the Netherlands and be willing to commute regularly to our Showrooms in Hoofddorp (3 days per week minimum).
