Job Summary:
The Junior Account Sales Executive is responsible for selling the childrenswear brands to Canadian customers for United Apparel Canada. This position supports management and reaches sales initiatives as delegated by the sales manager. The Junior Account Executive position is expected to have a full understanding of the goals of the childrenswear division and knowledge of the business operations in order to properly service the Canadian childrenswear customers and act as their main point of contact.

Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):
• Share best seller recap with internal and external partners to build insights into future assortment strategies.
• Prospect new customers and convert them to clients.
• Build strong relationships with buyers to enhance trust and gain insights into each individual account.
• Visit stores on an ongoing basis to ensure best merchandising presentation is in place, and push repeat order business.
• Create line sheets in NuOrder prior to each market cycle.
• Support customers via NuOrder to enter seasonal orders as well as repeat orders.
• Manage sample collections set up and take down per season.
• Schedule customer presentations and adhere to seasonal order deadlines.
• Competitively shop the market and build a deeper understanding of our customers and identify future product opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Run daily open order/NSR reports to ensure orders are aligned to inventory and ready-to-ship dates.
• Work with production to ensure that goods are arriving on time and in full to fulfill order.
• Complete, manage, and maintain customer setup internally.
• Attain sales targets set by the sales manager.
• Attend internal meetings with other departments such as Production, Planning and Merchandising to support the order and product assortments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years job-related experience, ideally in the high-end childrenswear fashion industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal communication
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workloads seamlessly and follow-up, while meeting deadlines.
• Strong business judgment and sense of urgency and can work independently under critical time frames and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and draw valid conclusions that show understanding and insight with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in English and French language to perform sales account management with vendors and other stakeholders
• Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner and adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritize projects and workload.

This is an onsite position at our Montreal Office.
