Job Summary:ULAC is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM/Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and overall business growth for Hurley.com, Sotch-Soda.com, vanheusen.com, lemoncollections.com and tallorder.com. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer data, segmentation, and personalization techniques, loyalty programs, as well as a strong background in email marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute CRM strategies aimed at building long-term customer relationships, enhancing customer loyalty, and increasing repeat purchases.
- Email Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to segment email lists and create targeted, personalized content that resonates with different customer groups.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, design, and timing for maximum effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
- List Growth & Management: Continuously grow and maintain healthy email lists, ensuring proper list hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize automated email journeys that guide customers through various stages of the sales funnel, from awareness to purchase and post-purchase.
- Loyalty Programs: Design and manage loyalty programs to enhance retention and improve the overall customer experience.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to continuously enhance email marketing strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, segmentation strategies, and customer data analysis and reporting (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, and personalization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven with a passion for optimizing customer experiences.
- Experience with marketing automation and advanced email segmentation.
