Sales Reporting Specialist

Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Full Time
Mid Level

At United Legwear & Apparel Europe B.V. (ULAC), we partner with leading fashion brands including Scotch & Soda, Skechers, Hurley, PUMA, and Ted Baker.

As we continue to rebuild and strengthen Scotch & Soda, having clear, reliable sales insights is critical. Today, sales data exists - but it’s fragmented across systems, spreadsheets, and manual extractions. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Sales Reporting Specialist to bring structure, clarity, and confidence to our sales reporting. This role sits at the heart of the business, translating data into insight and making sure teams know where we are, where we’re going, and where action is needed.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly into the Chief Sales Officer of Scotch & Soda, closely supporting senior leadership and playing a critical part in steering commercial decisions during a key rebuild phase.

Your Role & Responsibilities

📊 Sales Reporting & Insights

  • Build and own foundational sales reporting across wholesale and e-commerce
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (Exenta, NuOrder, Finance inputs, Excel extractions) into clear, trusted reports
  • Improve and structure existing reporting tools (including PowerBI where relevant)
  • Create clear overviews on:
    • Day-to-day trading performance
    • Country, customer, and sales rep performance
    • Product, category, and range performance

📈 Weekly KPI Reporting

  • Own and continuously improve the weekly KPI deck, including:
    • Net invoiced (YTD / MTD / WTD)
    • Open orders (remainder of year)
    • Bulk orders (monthly + full-year outlook)
    • NOS & re-orders
    • WIP / In-transit / in-process KPIs
    • Wholesale, e-commerce, and consignment alignment
  • You ensure KPI reporting is:
    • Accurate
    • Consistent across teams
    • Delivered on time
    • Actually used in decision-making

📦 Inventory & Order Flow Transparency

  • Validate and reconcile ATS inventory across NuOrder, Exenta, and KPI reporting
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies (e.g. QTH vs ATS mismatches, ghost stock)
  • Support visibility on:
    • Stock without firm destination
    • Replenishment opportunities
    • Upside potential across categories
  • Provide reliable inputs for Planning and Merchandising decisions

🚩 Flag Risks & Opportunities

  • Proactively identify:
    • Underperforming categories
    • Missed re-orders
    • Data quality issues
    • Process gaps in the sales-to-stock flow
    • Raise red flags early and clearly — backed by data
  • Help shift the business from reactive reporting to informed decision-making

🔄 End-to-End Order Management Visibility

Support insight across the full order lifecycle:

  • Forecast & intake
  • Allocation & capacity
  • Order entry & validation
  • Fulfilment & shipment
  • Invoicing & collection
  • Post-season analysis

You don’t own every step - but you connect the dots.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Sales (Wholesale & E-commerce)
  • Planning & Merchandising
  • Finance
  • Operations & Customer Service

You’ll sit close to the business, working directly with stakeholders - not buried in dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, data logic)
  • Experience working with ERP / order management systems (Exenta, NuOrder, or similar)
  • Experience in fashion, retail, wholesale, or seasonal businesses is a strong plus
  • PowerBI or similar reporting tools is a plus (not a must)

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly data-driven, but pragmatic and business-focused
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and improving systems over time
  • Proactive and self-starting — you don’t wait to be asked
  • Able to translate numbers into clear stories and actions
  • Confident flagging issues, even when data isn’t perfect yet
  • Enjoys building structure in a fast-moving environment
